Our focus is delivering high quality, considered architectural design that responds sympathetically to the environment it exists within.
We’re experienced in designing beautiful homes in beautiful locations all across the country, always with the client’s needs and budget at the forefront. As an Otago based studio we offer face to face services across the region, with a focus on Central Otago.

We can assess your site, budget and needs to provide concept plans and advise on project feasibility.

Full building consent package including liaising with consultants, preparation of plans and documentation, and submission to council.

As well as the full building consent package we can also offer project management services within the Otago region.
